Warranty issue
Kubota is by passing safety switches / refusing to stand behind warranty
We bought a brand new 2019 kubota SVL75-2 skid steer back in December 2019. In November of 2022 the safety switch in the seat went bad.
So we took it to kubota and they covered it under warranty. But they by passed the safety switch in the seat and flashed the computer on the machine. So now when you first set down in the seat and turn the hydraulic on the computer no longer sees that seat safety switch after that. Then in December of 2022 during a cold spell we went out to start the machine and it blew oil everywhere.
It had built pressure in the crank case and sent oil everywhere. Took it back to kubota and they said the ccv valve was a solid block of ice which didn't allow it to open. Which in turn when it blew oil everywhere it caused 18k dollars in damages to the turbo, pdf, and other things. So we asked them about that happening and was told it was rare, however when we got to checking around we found out it's common and they actually put heaters on them to prevent them from doing that again.
We asked if they could get one of those heaters and they told us they was on back order for 3 months and they was $500 that our warranty wouldn't cover the cost of it, even though it's a design flaw and they cover them up north, but beings we live below the Iowa line that kubota didn't believe it got cold enough for that to happen in missouri so they won't cover it. When we got to calling around to find one we found out they are very available and they range from $2500-$3000 not $500 like kubota said. So we called them back and that's when kubota informed us that if we wanted to push the issue, of the heater being put on there to prevent this from happening again, that they wouldn't cover any of it under the emissions warranty. That they would blame it on the turbo and not cover any of it at all.
Kubota needs looked into what they are doin is shady.. it did get cold enough in missouri for it too freeze, they even said it was a block of ice in there when they took it apart.
They know it's a design flaw that's why they replace them north of Iowa line, so why wouldn't they cover it in missouri.. there's more than one design flaw kubota has tried to cover up
User's recommendation: Don't buy kubota they don't even loan you a machine when yours is in their shop for month's..

Verified Reviewer | Gresham, OregonOrdered Grand L 5460 in October 2021. Still have not received.
Hello, I ordered a tractor in October 2021. Kubota did a hard pull on my credit and approved financing.
The dealer is Moen Machinery in Gresham Oregon. The dealer has recently called and said they do not think I will ever receive my tractor. this make absolutely no sense. I would really like to hear from Kubota as to why I would "never" receive the tractor.
I understand supply chain issues but to say never sounds ridiculous. Is there anyone at Kubota holding these dealers accountable? Corporate Kubota customer service has told that they cannot help either. I am blown away here.
Please contact me so we can get this resolved. After waiting 9 months and having my credit pulled and approved, I feel like I at least deserve a follow up and an explanation as to when I can plan to expect for procuring this tractor.
Thank you. I attached my order form from Moen.

User's recommendation: Kubota Order from Moen Machinery in Gresham Oregon unsuccessful. Make sure you are getting documentation and order updates documented. Over 9 months later Moen is telling me I will never receive my tractor. Kubota customer service offering no help whatsoever.

Verified ReviewerHorrific Credit Service - avoid at all costs
Use anyone but Kubota Credit USA. Never in my life have I been bamboozeled so badly and will DEFINITELY be seeking counsel.
On track to pay off my tractor a year early. Emailed first week of October for payoff, told I had to call. Called for payoff and sent the amount certified funds last week of Octoberthus not paying the usual Oct monthly payment as not to upset the balance. First week of October, an UNANNOUNCED tow truck arrives to take my tractor for being 30 days past due (October)on a tractor paid off earlywith the payoff PENDING.
I almost didnt believe it either. At least six different people at Kubota Credit told me the dealership would have the release form to return my tractor. NO ONE at the dealership had ANY documentation.
Finally took contacting the supervisor of Kubotas loss mitigation department to get anything accomplished. Days and numerous fees later, my tractor is rightfully coming home.but not without an $800 repo bill!!!

Ah, another case of women hating women. Very common these days. Many just can't seem to separate business from personal issues.
