My husband passed awayand we are buying a mower from you all

No Kubota is no help at all. I'm still making the payment. They're not no help. Just wanted to know since the mower is in his name is it paid for or what. But they know nothing or are they willing to help a person. I would not recommend Kubota to anyone as far as customer service is concerned. Thank you

Broke parts

I operate a L3301D. I have broken 3 swing cylinder rods one of which was replaced by the dealer. They all broke at the same spot on the rod. Why is this happening? How do I fix this problem? Tonytrahan800@***.com

Lack of power, driveing with full lift capability

I have had different tractors so I can do a reasonable comparison. My biggest complaint is no power in running the bush hog, lift capability, and drive capability on hills with any grad over 5%.

I explained to the salesman my property and the 15 degree grades on most of it. I explained my JD 2210 (19 Horse Power) did an excellent job but I believed a larger tractor would do better. The Kubota 25hp failed in every use on my ranch. I had 2 days to return it.

I did not get to my ranch for 2 weeks. I am completely disappointed in it's capabilities. It was the cast steel casting and the land pride attachments that finally sold me on the Kubota. The sales staff and the company representative may have suggested a larger tractor after hearing my property description.

Now I can't even trade it in without loosing thousands of dollars. I am an active community member and will continue to complain about Kubota for at least 20 years.

Kubota does NOT stand behind warranty or products

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Do NOT purchase a Kubota if you want a company to not stand behind their products and warranty! I feel like people should know how Kubota treats their loyal customers & not have to go through what we are right now.

We have purchased 5 pieces of Kubota equipment and several attachments from Oakway Tractor in Seneca, SC over the last roughly 10 years. We have had 2 skid steers in the past few years & the most recent one being only 18 months old with 1028 hours on the machine. The first SVL-75 skidsteer we purchased had engine problems and Oakway could not get a new engine for over a year. In our line of work he can not be down a machine so he traded the SVL-75 with engine problems in for a new SVL-97-2.

The NEW SVL-97-2 is only 18 months old with 1028 hours & they say it needs a new engine & Kubota along with Oakway Tractor does not want to stand behind their 2000 hr/24month warranty! They want us to pay $33k+ for a new engine. They also want to point the finger at our insurance company to be the ones to cover the engine instead of Kubota warranty coverage which is absurd! It makes me sick to know that they do honest & hardworking people this way & try to get away with it.

Kubota warranty is not worth the piece of paper that its written on if they dont cover their equipment during the warranty period. Along with the dealership putting everything on us to try & get Kubota Corporation to cover the engine. Its a known fact Kubota has issues with their engines but it is easier to point the finger at others instead of standing behind their products & warranty! We will NEVER own another Kubota or anything with a Kubota engine in it ever again if Kubota does not stand behind their warranty!

We have reached out to Kubota corporation via email and voicemails but we have yet to be contacted after 3 weeks of trying to get answers. Please feel free to share with your family and friends so it saves them the headache & financial burden of dealing with Kubota with their lemons.

Purchased a new tractor on 1/18/23 and noticed on delivery that water was in trans/hydraulic system. Dealer wants to change oil and filter. You will never get all the water out per independent mechanic. This is totally unacceptable.

Bought an L4700 Kabota 8/24/21. I had it loaded up with everything I could need for my construction company, front and rear auxiliaries canopy, and a lot of attachments.

At the time of purchase I was inquiring about a hydraulic auger for the loader quick attach.

The sales man at Nel's Tractor in pine city NY. told me that Kabota did not make one for my size tractor. I was specifically told that my tractor did not have enough hydraulic flow to run one. Conveniently enough though there was a rear 3 point hitch one right there on the lot!

So I settled for the three-point hitch unit believing that my tractor was incapable of running a better unit. At that point, I also purchased a hydraulic down force kit for the 3 point hitch unit. Then I waited patiently for 9 months. In May of 2022 after waiting for ever.

I finally received a call that my tractor was ready. When I get to the dealer, I decided to see how my new equipment works. After an unsuccessful attempt, I asked the technician to show me how it works. During that time I noticed that two of the high pressure lines were going to the same side of the hydraulic cylinder.

The technician told me it was supposed to be that way. I knew from my experience that that could not be right. So why the technician was trying to demonstrate it for me the piston seals blew out and doused me with hydraulic fluid. At that point I told the technician I will not be taking receipt of the tractor because it wasn't right.

So by the hydraulics being hooked up in properly it bent the boom on my auger attachment. I did not notice at the time. I called a week later to see if my tractor was ready. I was told it would be ready by the time I got there.

So I get to the dealer the tractor is not ready it's all in pieces and I said look I've got work to do I'll just take it and finish it myself. After the fact I did research as to how much hydraulic power is needed to power a loader arm hydraulic driven auger. Only 10 gallons per minute are required Kubota actually makes one that will fit my tractor my tractor produces 25 gallons per minute. So after everything I started calling Kubota and wanted the boom fixed because it's not my fault they refuse to help they refused to make the dealer make it right.

And on top of that I was told by the regional manager for Kubota above the dealers at the reason he lied is because he doesn't have the contract to sell that piece of equipment. He did not seem surprised by the deception, nor did he care. At the end of that conversation it for the some of tuff luck! After being sold the wrong auger, then it being damaged due to improper technician installation, no relief.

The down force does not work well enough for the soil conditions here, even though I was assured it would during the purchase. After all this the next time I went to hook up the back *** I was unable to.

The wonderful technician also installed the rear remotes in a place that kept the backhoe from being able to attach. Once again I had to fix it myself!

Read the full article. It is not subjective.

I did wait for 8 months for my tractor. It was not right after going back to the dealer 2 times. The boom on the auger did get bent by incorrect installation. I was told that the auger I wanted would not fit my tractor witch is a blaton like!

Finally after all this no one at Kabota will make any of it right! As long as they got the 60k they don't care.

Unreliable and poor customer service. The dealership said they had repaired my tractor. The work was poor. I ordered a new tractor 14 to 15 months ago. They promised it would be delivered in February. I'm still waiting. If I bought it now, I'd consider myself a fool. Kubota"s customer service line is a joke. It rang and rang with only an automated answer. I called back to try and reach an operator. The phone rang for over 3 minutes with no answer.
